La Loko presents: Live performance of Espero, the world’s first sitcom in Esperanto.

Overgaden Institute of Contemporary Art, Copenhagen.

Thursday 3 November. Doors open at 19.00. Performances at 20.00 and 21.00.

For our current exhibition at Overgaden Institute of Contemporary Art in Copenhagen, we have built a set for an Esperanto sitcom. During the exhibition period the first episode has been rehearsed and recorded on the set. As our stay at Overgaden is drawing to an end, we would like to invite you to a live performance by Espero’s five actors, who all have learned to speak Esperanto especially for this occasion. The performance will take place on the set, which will make the number of seats very limited. In order to secure a seat, please send us an e-mail and state if you prefer to attend the 20.00 or 21.00 performance. Admittance is free, and there will be a bar selling refreshments.
