olof promotes esperanto amongst football fans
May 19 the football club VfB Stuttgart won the German Bundesliga. The victory celebrations even topped those of Germany's third place win over Portugal in the 2006 World Cup. During the intensive celebrations, Olof from La Loko tried to wave the flag for the Esperanto football team.

Viva lingvo is the name of an Esperanto language course developed by La Loko. It is exclusively held in Esperanto.

In Reykjavik the 17th of June 2006, La Loko launched a new non-national sausage company: Kolbasoj sen Limoj—Sausages without Borders.

Espero is the world’s first sitcom in Esperanto. It is set in a dysfunctional advertising agency. Espero is starring five actors, all of them working in Esperanto for their first time.
